General Terms and Conditions of AH-Handel GmbH, Filzkönigin

1. Acknowledgement

By placing an order (in the online shop, by e-mail or telephone, etc.), the buyer recognises all points of these terms and conditions of sale and delivery. Counter-conditions in which the buyer refers to his own (business) conditions are not accepted.

2. Offer

Our sample cards include our standard types, which can usually be supplied at short notice.
 
Deviations in surface structure, colour and dimensions are reserved due to the different natural products. Structures may be visible in the felt (speckles, spots).
The presentation of the products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. Promotional offers and special offers are expressly only valid for the period of validity stated in the offer and while stocks last from the warehouse, unless otherwise stated.

3. Dimensions and illustrations etc.

All dimensions, weights, prices, information and illustrations/photos in our catalogues (online shop/homepage), brochures, price lists and offers are non-binding. We reserve the right to make changes to models. Product descriptions, technical specifications and prices are subject to change at any time. Typographical or graphic errors, errors in the product descriptions, prices and technical specifications are reserved.

4. Prices

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) excluding VAT. The VAT amount is shown on the invoice.
Prices are quoted per piece or running metre. Deviations will be invoiced accordingly. Prices are subject to change for repeat orders.
The minimum order value is CHF 100.00 (excl. VAT, shipping, packaging). Outside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the minimum order value is CHF 120.00 (excl. shipping, packaging, customs clearance).

5. Minimum order quantity

The minimum order quantity for goods by the metre is per item:
- 1.0 linear metre for decorative, multi-purpose and universal felt
- 0.5 linear metres for all other felt types

6. Dispatch

In Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, a flat rate of CHF 19.00 per delivery and CHF 39.00 for bulky goods will be charged for shipping and packaging. Abroad, the actual shipping and packaging costs incurred will be charged.
For deliveries abroad (deliveries outside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein), customs clearance costs may be incurred, which are borne in full by the recipient. If the customs costs are charged to us, they will be passed on to the recipient. If the goods are received in a damaged condition, the buyer is obliged to have a report drawn up by the carrier and to notify us immediately. See also the menu item "Complaints" in these GTC.

7. Delivery periods

AH Handle GmbH, Filzkönigin shall state delivery times as precisely as possible, but these are always non-binding. If AH Handel GmbH, Filzkönigin is unable to meet a delivery date, the Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the order or assert any claims for damages.

8. payment methods & payment deadline

One invoice is issued per consignment. Advance payment is required for new customers or customised products. We reserve the right to carry out a credit check.
We only deliver customised products against prepayment, as these are made to measure and with individual equipment for the respective customer.
The following applies to customers whom we supply against invoice: If payment is overdue, AH-Handel GmbH is entitled to charge a reminder fee of up to CHF 30.00 per payment reminder as well as other fees, in particular the costs of any debt collection proceedings.
AH-Handel, Filzkönigin may cancel or suspend an order if
(a) a customer is or appears not to be creditworthy, or
(b) has one or more outstanding reminders.

9 Retention of title

The goods remain the property of AH-Handel GmbH until full payment has been received.

10 Complaints

AH-Handel GmbH must be notified of any complaints regarding the quality, quantity of the delivered goods or the invoiced amount immediately (no later than 5 days) after receipt of the goods (by e-mail to: admin@filzkönigin.ch). Otherwise the goods shall be deemed to be in perfect condition and accepted.
If the packaging is damaged, this must be reported to the courier/carrier immediately upon receipt of the goods. In the case of deliveries by a forwarding agent, you will generally be asked to sign the acceptance report. Please check the goods carefully before signing.
The buyer must immediately notify the transport company that delivered the goods of any transport damage in writing (e.g. on the acceptance report of the haulage company) and inform AH Handel GmbH of this. 

11. Right of cancellation

Returns are only possible in the case of obvious material or manufacturing defects. Please contact us immediately in such a case.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the last goods.
The returned goods must be in their original packaging. It is not possible to cancel a current order. In exceptional cases, AH Handle GmbH may accept a cancellation, in which case at least 10% of the order amount will be charged.

12 Liability

Processors and end users are not released from the obligation to check the suitability of our articles for the specific application.

13. Changes

AH Handel GmbH is entitled to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time by notification to the buyer or publication on the website of Filzkönigin / AH-Handel GmbH (applies to the website, the shop, Instagram and other communication channels).

14. Copyright

Any use of images and texts from our catalogues, brochures and website is prohibited without our written permission.

15. place of jurisdiction

The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction for all claims is the legal domicile of the provider.

Swiss law applies.
